"Salesman are not really interested in helping you at all, was trying to figure out helmet size for my wife and I, and all they did was like "try this.... how it feels.... ok maybe bigger/smaller' and then just walk away, with no answer other than 'maybe bigger/smaller? what head shape am I?, how does it suppose to feel? how tight? how loose? what size am I? small? medium? large?. When ask questions about quality, price for the buck etc... they tried to just sell you the expensive helmets with comments like "you can't put a price in your head' and 'you get what you pay for' etc... instead of trying to help you figure out what is best for your safety and wallet, they just make you feel bad for not having the money to buy an expensive helmet (and get them more commission). But enough of that, after that I did my own research and came back to buy a helmet I already knew what I wanted, but they only had the display helmet (the one everyone is trying all day? yeah that one) so it was either take it or lose it kind of situation, which I regret it couple days later when I realize a small part of the chin protector was broken(also my fault for not exterminating the helmet more thoroughly) not a huge deal, but had already used the helmet so warranty is void (going back should have just order it online). I had to go get the manual and all the little extras that come with the helmet cause they left them on the display shelf, and even after that had to remind them to give them to me from behind the counter. So in a fewer words get better, more motivated salesman and if you're selling the display helmet at least help with the inspection of it instead of keeping it quite just to get the sell."
